This is our Fully Mobile Research Shelling Line/ Packet Filling Station.

•Self Contained Mobile Research Station. Move into place, locate cull dumpsters, level, begin running.

•Integrated Bar Coding, Shelling, Cleaning, Color Sorting, Counting, Treating , Envelope Filling and Label Printing and cull removal system.

•Computer Control System to track individual lot’s as they move from process to process

•Electrical Generator and Compressed Air System included

•Optional packet counting system

•-Operator is prompted to scan lot in and information is stored in computer with Touch Screen interface

•-That sample is then moved to sheller where lot must be confirmed via scanner before sheller will accept sample.

•-Sample is shelled then follows the flow of the system which goes to the aspirator, the cleaner, the color sorter, the counter, the coater. The computer controls how each lot is transferred in the process and will not allow a lot to advance to next stage until the previous lot has been cleared. No mixing or cross contamination potential even in the event of a power failure.

•-The color sorter is plumbed to allow the sample to be run and returned if necessary to the inlet of the sorter until desired separation is made.

-•Cull material is discharged to owners site containers for disposal.
